CASQA Annual Conference Abstract Submittal – Panel

We welcome your abstract submission for a panel for the CASQA 2025 Annual Conference. Submissions must be in accordance with the requirements detailed in this document: CASQA 2025 Conference Call for Abstracts: Information and Requirements. We reserve the right to reject incomplete submissions.

SUBMITTAL DEADLINE: Monday, April 7, 2025, at 12:00 NOON Pacific
Allow plenty of time to complete this online form. Do not wait until 11:30am on the last day to begin!

Submittal Requirements

The following are the sole basis for selection; other supplemental data will not be accepted:

  1. Abstract Template: Complete and upload the CASQA-provided 2025 Conference Abstract Template – Panel. Follow all instruction comments in the template. The file must be saved to .pdf before uploading to the form below.
  2. Annual Conference Abstract Submittal Form: Complete the online form below

Instructions for Entering Form Information

  • Letter Case: Do not use all uppercase (e.g., SMITH) or all lowercase (e.g., smith) when entering any information.
  • Check Your Spelling! (panel title, names, job titles, organizations, and email addresses) – Mistakes in spelling can carry through to the agenda, printed conference program, and mobile app.
