CASQA Student Membership Application

A CASQA Student Membership is available for full-time students in undergrad, master’s, and PhD degree programs. Eligible students are required to submit the application below. Upon approval, the applicant will receive an email with a link for online payment of the $50 fee (credit card only).

  • Membership is for a 1-year term, upon processing of payment.
  • If still an eligible full-time student at the end of the membership term the student may reapply for a CASQA Student Membership.
