Technical presentations are limited to 1 primary speaker and 1 supporting speaker (if any).

If there is no supporting speaker enter n/a in all Supporting Speaker fields, except the email field where you will need to enter the Primary Speaker's email.

Note: A supporting speaker is not eligible for the discounted speaker fee.

ORIGINAL WORK AND COPYRIGHT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

1. The work contained in the abstract is original, has been created by me (and my supporting speaker, if applicable), and is not copied from any other source.
2. The submitted abstract does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights of any third party.
3. All sources used in the creation of this abstract (and any subsequent presentations) have been properly acknowledged and cited.
4. I have obtained the necessary permissions and rights for any copyrighted material included in the abstract and have appropriately cited such content.
5. I assume full responsibility for the content of the abstract and relieve CASQA of any claims, demands, or liabilities that may arise from the content of the abstract.

CHANGE OF SPEAKER(S) ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Abstracts undergo review for content and the expertise of the proposed speakers. Substitution or modification of speakers is strongly discouraged and is entirely subject to approval by CASQA (approval is not guaranteed or implied). Any proposed modifications to the primary or supporting speakers will be subject to CASQA’s policy and procedure for receiving and evaluating all such requests. The notification email for abstracts that are selected will include the specific policy and process for proposed speaker changes. I acknowledge and affirm that it is the intent for all named speakers to present if selected and that substitutions may be denied.

RECORDING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

CASQA records the audio of the speakers and the video of the presentations (e.g., the PowerPoints) for all technical sessions during the conference. Post-event, these recordings are provided free of charge to attendees who purchased a full conference pass. By submitting an abstract, I (and my supporting speaker, if applicable) acknowledge that if selected to present, the session will be recorded and attendees will have access to the recordings.

Submittal Confirmation - Upon submitting you will immediately see this confirmation message: "Your abstract has been successfully submitted. An email notification has been sent. Please check your junk/spam mailbox or any email blocking by your organization."

Notifications: Week of June 9, 2025 - CASQA will email selection results (both selected and not-selected) to the abstract submitters. At the discretion of the Conference Program Team abstracts may be selected for a different track, presentation/session type, or length than for submitted.
