CGP Training Program

In this section you can find information about Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD) and Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP) qualification. CASQA also offers Construction General Permit (CGP) Trainer of Record (ToR) qualification. Current QSD/QSPs and CGP ToRs can manage their qualification and find program resources.

In partnership with the California Water Boards, CASQA leads the Construction General Permit Training Team (CGPTT), a collaborative group comprised of industry experts (e.g., State Water Board, Regional Water Boards, CASQA, construction managers, the development community, linear project managers, academics, etc.). Through an all-volunteer effort, the CGPTT advises on the development and implementation of the Construction General Permit Training Program, including qualifications for CGP ToR, QSD, and QSP.
